غربال‌سازی معابر پرخطر با استفاده از روش سطح پروژه‌ی بیز تجربی: مطالعه موردی استان خراسان رضوی

چکیده

در بسیاری از موارد، بخصوص مسائل تخصیص بهینه بودجه ایمنی بین راههای یک حوزه، تعیین اولویت بازرسی معابر، توزیع نیروهای اورژانس و پلیس در ایام خاص و یا نبود اطلاعات دقیق در سطح قطعه راه می‌توان با استفاده از روش پیچیده‌تری از بیز تجربی تخمین مناسبی از تصادفات را در سطح پروژه(معابر) به دست آورد و معابر یا محورهای پر خطر را شناسایی نمود. این تحقیق به غربال‌سازی معابر پرخطر استان خراسان رضوی بر مبنای اطلاعات تصادفات جرحی و فوتی سال‌های 1913 و 92 با استفاده از روش بیز تجربی سطح پروژه پرداخته است. در این مطالعه توابع عملکرد ایمنی بوسیله روش مدل تعمیم یافته خطی با در نظر گرفتن توزیع دوجمله‌ای منفی برای تصادفات فوتی و جرحی به طور جداگانه با شناسایی 69 قطعه همگن برای 31 محور استان خراسان رضوی توسعه یافت. سپس با انباشته-سازی اطلاعات ثبت شده و تخمینی تصادفات در قطعات راه با روش بیز تجربی سطح پروژه، میزان تصادفات 31 معبر استان تخمین زده شد و اولویت بندی معابر انجام گرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که متغیرهای نوع راه و وسیله نقلیه-کیلومتر در تخمین تصادفات اثر معنی-داری دارند. همچنین مقدار R2adj و نمودار باقیمانده تجمعی استاندارد(CSR) حاکی از عملکرد مناسب توابع عملکرد ایمنی در تخمین نقطه‌ای برای سطح 95% اطمینان بود. در نهایت محورهای سبزوار-کاهک، باغچه- تربت‌حیدریه و سرخس- مشهد و نیزدر میان این محورها، قطعات سبزوار-کاهک، باغچه- نیشابور و سبزوار- قوچان در رتبه‌های 1 تا 3 قرار می‌گیرند و نیازمند توجه ویژه هستند.
