بررسی پایداری تونل به روش منحنی مشخصه زمین با استفاده از الگوریتم ماشین یادگیری

چکیده

با توجه به توسعه روز افزون فضاهای زیرزمینی، ارزیابی پایداری و تعیین رفتار توده سنگ از مباحث مهم فضاهای زیر زمینی برای ایمنی و بهینه سازی پروژه می باشد. در سال های اخیر کرنش بحرانی به عنوان مهمترین شاخص برای ارزیابی پایداری و مچاله شوندگی تونل مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. در حال حاضر روش­های مختلفی برای تعیین کرنش بحرانی ذات توده سنگ وجود دارد. پارامتر کرنش بحرانی یک شاخص است که اجازه می­دهد تا درجه ای از پتانسیل مچاله شوندگی بر حسب کمیت سنجیده شود. از آن به عنوان سطح کرنش در پیرامون تونل که فراتر از آن باعث بی ثباتی و مشکلات مچاله شوندگی که به احتمال زیاد رخ می دهد یاد شود. همچنین مقدار کرنش بحرانی در ارزیابی پایداری تونل به روش نمودار مشخصه زمین بسیار کاربرد دارد. تاکنون، تلاش هایی بسیار زیادی برای تعیین کرنش بحرانی شده است، که سه روش پر کاربرد در این مطالعه بیان می شود. همچنین برای تعیین پتانسیل مچاله شوندگی در همه مطالعات­ها کمیت مچاله شوندگی 1% بر آورد شده است. با توجه به اینکه نتایج بدست آمده از روش های مختلف برای تعیین کرنش بحرانی، با استفاده از پارامترهای متفاوت و نتایج متفاوتی با هم دارند، در این پژوهش با استفاده از هوش مصنوعی برای دقیق شدن نتایج تلاش می شود. بدین منظور از الگوریتم هوشمند ماشین یادگیری در نرم‏افزار داده‏کاوی Rapidminer استفاده خواهد شد. در پژوهش حاضر، با جمع آوری اطلاعات ارائه شده از
 تونل های مختلف در مقالات معتبر، شرایط موجود به سه وضعیت پایدار، نیمه پایدار و ناپایدار تعریف می شود. خروجی ها ماشین یادگیری شامل رابطه پارامترها بر اساس شرایط موجود در تونل،
تاثیر هر کدام از پارامترها بر دیگری با توجه به شرایط
تونل می باشد.
