Intermodal seamless transportation plays an essential and key role of subway systems (METRO).This study aims is to evaluate intermodal seamless transportation system in Tehran's subway (case study: SADEGHIYEH station) through prioritise existing transportation alternatives(feeder modes) and asses and compare the current situation is according to these priorities.therefore, two perspectives are exists. First, this study applied Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) based on relevant expert’s opinions to assessment and prioritization intermodal seamless transportation system from a policy planner’s perspective in order to find an improvement strategy. For this purposethe effective criteria through the literature review identified then main criteria have been revised. In addition, weights of criteria are calculated and then the piority of each alternatives is determined and the results have been analyzed. The results indicate that the bus has the highest priority among the alternatives being discussed and vans&taxis, bikes&walking are the next rank. The results of the sensivity analysis shows that change in weight of the three cases of the criteria can cause changes in prioritizing alternatives. As well as the results are sensitive to environmental issues than other criteria.Second, in regards to the passenger’s perspectives based on relevant passenger’s opinions, most passengers tend to use bus and vans&taxis, bikes&walkingwas found to be less preferable than other alternatives. Finally, comparing the results of two perspectives indicates performance of the system in current situation is good and appropriate.

Motor vehicle collisions normally have negative consequences, especially in the economic, social and even political era. Therefore, reducing the number of occurrences and severity of them becomes the priority for the policymakers. Due to the high rate of motor vehicle collisions in Iran, it has become an important issue in our country as well. According to the literature, most of the traffic collisions occur within the intersection areas while these intersections assigned limited area to themselves among the wide range of properties in the road transportation network. Furthermore, with attention to the considerable number of unsignalized intersections in this country, the authors of this paper motivated to review the countermeasures and strategies to increase the safety of these intersections. Although, many of the mentioned approaches might be recognized and applied currently in Iran's road transport network, this study aims to summarize and framed all related safety measures related to unsignalized intersections to provide an extended framework which can help specialists, engineers and policy makers to choose better decisions.

One of the most important issues in structural engineering is finding ways to reduce the force to structural members of the building. The intense ground vibrations create lateral inertial forces in the structure, which makes the structure oscillate with a range proportional to its input energy. If the large share of this energy is spent on the structural motions, the seismic response will be considerably improved. Therefore, if a large amount of seismic energy can be wasted mechanically, the structure response can also be controlled without structural damage. The use of energy-dampening systems in buildings is responsible for the resilience of structural members during an earthquake and, as a result, prevents damage. One of the new and effective ways of coping with earthquakes is the use of a variety of active and passive dampers in the building industry. In the meantime, the selection of passive dampers is preferable because of low cost and more suitable technology than active dampers and their use in the country.

Maritime trade problem is more extensive than ever especially in the sensitive region of the Persian Gulf and Oman Sea that are oil trading hub in the world. Intense competition with Persian Gulf modern ports like Dubai and Jebel Ali, capture and berthing of the business is more complex. Since the prosperity of our ports is function of our business. So, boom business effect on boom ports. This study examines the factors of economic, political and cultural understanding the content of berthing of commercial vessels and the various restrictions on foreign commercial ships for berthing at Iranian South ports .And also the limitations and barriers to services for internal ports to the ships, and offers strategies for overcoming these barriers. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the economic, political, cultural and below its components (the port side, the cost of loading and unloading, the privatization of ports, cost of international transportation, advertising, relationship with other relevant organizations, sanctions and local laws and administrative factors) and the commercial traffic in Iran. Therefore it can be said that a strong positive relationship is established between the two variables. According to results, is recommended that the rate for complications port, loading and unloading costs and transportation costs and other costs of operating the port to compete with other ports in the region considered and rates determined on a competitive basis.

with the progress of science and technology in human welfare and little movement is immersed of damaging suggests that progress is being little movement. Hence urban experts were driven to the facilities in the service of the human health and one of exemplifications in the city to implement components for encouraging people to the sidewalk. pedestrian bridges, one of the tools are thinking with physical and technical considerations can encourage and encouraging citizens to walk. Hence in this study pedestrian bridges Zanjan neighborhood in southern Tehran Municipality 10 region. The think tank with the aim of descriptive and analytical - and the tools used in this research studies documents library - and - field of inquiry. the results of observations questionnaire and interview suggests that pedestrian bridges have failed to the satisfaction of the residents and on the level of satisfaction Nazli, and said the satisfaction of security in the bridges and perspective and inappropriate time and use of excluding the needs of Sunni groups and special.

Porous asphalt is a kind of open-graded asphalt mixture that characterized by containing a large proportion of interconnected air voids. Many countries have used porous asphalt since many years ago, but due to unfamiliarity and some ambiguities of contractors and consultants with this kind of asphalt, it has not been used appropriately in Iran. In this paper the performance of porous asphalt constructed in a section of Ghaemshahr-Sari road, is explained and evaluated. Laboratory and field studies show that porous asphalt containing polymer modified bitumen and cellulose fibers has adequate strength and durability; also it decreases the noise and increases the permeability and skid resistance.
