In this research, various percentages of base material made of natural aggregate have been replaced with recycled concrete and asphalt that has been crushed and graded, and some physical and engineering properties have been studied. Physical properties such as density and water absorption, cleanliness, hardness and resistance to abrasion and performance properties including compaction characteristics, load-bearing capacity (CBR) and hydraulic conductivity have been evaluated. The results show that, in terms of the criteria specified in specifications for base materials, the mixtures containing recycled aggregates are weaker; however, but most of them satisfy the requirements of specification to be used as highway pavement base layer. In terms of load-bearing capacity defined by CBR, all the mixtures containing recycled concrete aggregates satisfy the minimum requirement of 80% for CBR, but some of the mixtures containing recycled asphalt concrete aggregate do not satisfy the CBR requirement. The results of permeability test show that the permeability increases with increasing recycled asphalt replacement, and decreases with increasing recycled concrete replacement. In addition, highest increase of permeability is obtained by replacing the fine fraction of natural aggregate with recycled asphalt, and the lowest permeability is obtained by replacing the fine fraction of natural aggregate with recycled concrete aggregate (11 times lower than the control mixture). Crease in permeability (an increase of about 5 times) and fine-grained concrete placement caused the largest decrease in permeability.    }, keywords = {Base Layer,Recycled Concrete,Recycled Asphalt,CBR,Permeability}, title_fa = {بررسی مشخصات لایه اساس با استفاده از مصالح بازیافتی بتنی و آسفالتی}, abstract_fa = {حجم زیاد ضایعات تولیدشده از تخریب ساختمان‌ها و روسازی راه‌ها، مشکلات عدیده‌ای برای محیط‌زیست پدید آورده است. در این تحقیق، به‌منظور ارزیابی قابلیت استفاده از بتن و آسفالت ضایعاتی در اساس راه‌ها و بررسی خصوصیات فیزیکی و عملکردی ترکیبات، درصدهای مختلفی از اساس شن و ماسه‌ای ساخته‌شده از سنگ‌دانه‌های طبیعی با هرکدام از مواد بازیافتی بتن سیمانی و آسفالتی، که خردشده و دانه‌بندی شده‌ بودند، جایگزین گردید. جایگزینی در سه درصد 15، 30 و 50، و در سه بخش کل مصالح، بخش ریزدانه و بخش درشت‌دانه انجام شد. خصوصیات فیزیکی شامل چگالی، تمیزی، جذب آب بخش‌های ریزدانه و درشت‌دانه، سختی و مقاومت در برابر ساییده شدن و همچنین خصوصیات عملکردی شامل ظرفیت باربری (نسبت باربری کالیفرنیا)، تراکم و نفوذپذیری مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان‌ داد، ترکیبات حاوی مصالح بازیافتی الزامات موردنیاز مشخصات فنی را برای استفاده در لایه اساس برآورده می‌نمایند. همچنین، ازلحاظ ظرفیت باربری (نسبت باربری کالیفرنیا)، تمامی ترکیبات بتن قابلیت استفاده در لایه اساس را داشتند، اما برخی از ترکیبات آسفالت ضایعاتی، قابلیت استفاده در لایه اساس را نداشتند. در جایگزینی مصالح ضایعاتی دانه‌بندی شده در مصالح سنگدانه‌ای، جایگذاری در بخش درشت‌دانه کارایی بیشتری داشت.همچنین، بررسی نتایج نفوذپذیری نشان داد که افزایش آسفالت برخلاف بتن در هر سه نوع اختلاط باعث افزایش نفوذپذیری می‌شود.    }, keywords_fa = {لایه اساس,بتن ضایعاتی,آسفالت ضایعاتی,خصوصیات فیزیکی مصالح,خصوصیات عملکردی مصالح}, url = {https://road.bhrc.ac.ir/article_61637.html}, eprint = {https://road.bhrc.ac.ir/article_61637_6bd5a14e95acb4533dce1a77421d303d.pdf} }
