پیش بینی شدت تصادفات جاده ای با استفاده از شبکه عصبی مصنوعی و مقایسه آن با روش آنالیز چند متغیره
پیش بینی شدت تصادفات در صورتی که با متدلوژی های دارای مبانی علمی انجام گیرد می تواند به عنوان ابزاری مهم در مدیریت ایمنی راهها و مهندسی حمل و نقل محسوب شود. در این مقاله روشی برای شناسایی و پیش بینی و شدت تصادفات در راههای بین شهری ارائه شده است. این روش مبتنی بر یک تحقیق تجربی است که در یک کریدور مهم و شریانی واقع در استان خراسان رضوی انجام شده است. تجزیه و تحلیل حوادث رخ داده مربوط به سالهای 1392 تا 1395 و داده هایی است که از گزارش پلیس راه بدست آمده است. سایر اطلاعات از جمله داده های هندسی از طریق برداشت میدانی و نیز بهره گیری از سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی و اطلاعات ترافیکی از اداره مربوطه در استان یاد شده جمع آوری شده است. داده ها در سیستم GIS ، ثبت و ذخیره شد و با استفاده از یک سری روشهای آماری پردازش گردید و نتایج از دو مدل مورد بررسی به دست آمد. مدل1 از طریق آنالیز چند متغیره (MVA)1 و مدل2 با استفاده از تکنیک شبکه عصبی مصنوعی(ANN)2 ایجاد گردید. با مقایسه این دو مدل ، مشخص شد که مدل 2 از مدل 1 دارای نتایج بهتری است به این دلیل که جمع کل مقدار باقیمانده که تفاوت بین میزان واقعی مشاهده شده و میزان پیش بینی شده توسط مدل است در مدل 2 کمتر است. اگرچه که به نظر می رسد مدل 1 در تخمین مقاطع پرتصادف خطرناک تر(دارای تعداد زیاد فقره تصادف) کارایی و عملکرد بهتری دارد.

روشهای گوناگون تثبیت خاک لایروبی و کربناته
خاکهای لایروبی از لایروبی احداثی (حاصل احداث سازههای هیدرولیکی) یا لایروبی نگهداری (حاصل نگهداری سازههای هیدرولیکی) به دست میآیند. با توجه حجم زیاد، بی استفاده رها شدن و آلودگی اندک این خاکها؛ پژوهشگران در اندیشهی به کار گرفتن آنها به عنوان جایگزین خاک هستند. ضعف باربری، ویژگی خردشوندگی و دشوار بودن پیشبینی رفتار، برخی از مسایل خاک مشکل آفرین کربناتی است. خاک لایروبی غیرکربناته نیز اغلب ویژگیهای فنی مناسبی ندارد. خلیج فارس با ساحلهای پوشیده از رسوبهای کربناته نیز ناگزیر لایروبی میگردد. با توجه به اهمیت بسیار زیاد این آبراه در اقتصاد و تامین انرژی جهان، و همچنین مشکلساز بودن خاک کربناتهی موجود در آن (برای نمونه ایجاد مشکل در پی سکوهای استخراج نفت)؛ خاک کربناتهی خلیج فارس نیز مانند خاک لایروبی نیازمند بهسازی است. یکی از روشهای پر کاربرد بهسازی خاک، تثبیت است. جدا از کاربرد مواد نوین (مانند پلیمر و فیبر)، همچنان تثبیت با سیمان و آهک پرکاربردترین روش تثبیت برای انواع گوناگون خاکها هستند. استفاده از خاک تثبیت شده در سازههای مهندسی مانند بدنهی راه به عنوان اساس و زیراساس؛ افزون بر ارزش اقتصادی، اهمیت زیست محیطی و فنی نیز خواهد داشت. بهسازی و تثبیت خاک با افزودنیها و روشهای گوناگون انجام میشود. بسته به نوع خاک و مواد موجود در هر منطقه، روش تثبیت مناسب متفاوت است؛ بنابراین نمیتوان نسخهی یکسانی برای تثبیت خاکها پیشنهاد کرد. این مقاله به خاکهای کربناته و لایروبی، روشهای اصلاح و تثبیت آنها؛ و مروری بر برخی تجربههای عملی تثبیت این خاکها پرداخته است.

اقدامات موثر در کاهش عوامل اثرگذار بر افزایش هزینه پروژه های پل سازی
هدف از این پژوهش، شناسایی اقدامات موثر بر کاهش عوامل ایجاد هزینه در پروژه های پل سازی در استان البرز است. در این تحقیق ابتدا مطالعات مشابه مورد بررسی دقیق قرار گرفت سپس یک پرسشنامه بر اساس 58 عامل مشترک از هزینه شناسایی و برداشت شد. پرسشنامه آماری به 30 نفر از پاسخ دهندگان انتخاب شده در میان مشتری، پیمانکار و مشاور که دارای تجربه مناسب در زمینه پل سازی بودند توزیع شد. داده های جمع آوری شده مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت و 15 عامل در میان 58 عامل شناسایی شده بیشترین امتیاز را کسب کردند پس از تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل عاملی در نرم افزار آماری SPSS نتایج نشان داد که از بین 15 شاخص 5 عامل نهایی دارای مقادیر ویژه بالای یک بودند به عنوان عوامل اصلی افزایش هزینه مشخص شدند که واریانس 269/84 درصدی را به خود اختصاص دادند. سپس پرسشنامه به 30 نفر متخصص داده شد تا اقدامات موثر در جهت کاهش هر یک از عوامل افزایش هزینه را انجام دهند. داده های جمع آوری شده با استفاده از روش تجزیه و تحلیل محتوا مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند تا اقدامات کاهش را با توجه به اهمیت آن ها از دیدگاه پرسش شوندگان رتبه بندی کنند. نتایج این مطالعه برای پروژه های پل سازی مفید خواهد بود که در جهت برداشتن اقدامات مناسب در کنترل هزینه های بالای پروژه های ساخت پل در این استان به عنوان مرجع استفاده می شود.

مکانیسم خودترمیمی در قیر و روسازیهای آسفالتی
جاده ها از سرمایه های زیربنایی و راهبردی هر کشور محسوب می شود. سرمایه هایی که سالانه بخش زیادی از بودجه را برای ترمیم و نگهداری به خود اختصاص می دهند. ایجاد هرگونه خرابی در روسازی آسفالتی، سبب ایجاد اختلال در روند عملکردی وسایل نقلیه شده که در پی آن، کاهش ایمنی رانندگی و نیز کاهش سطح سواری دهی را به دنبال خواهد داشت. خرابی ها در روسازی آسفالتی از عوامل مختلفی نشأت می گیرند. بهطور کلی در اثر عبور ترافیک، خرابی با ایجاد ریز ترک هایی در سیستم روسازی پدیدار شده که در این میان خستگی و خرابی های ناشی از آن، از مدهای اصلی شکست در روسازی آسفالتی است. در واقع در اثر تکرار بیشتر بارگذاری، این ریزترک ها به شکل ترک خستگی گسترش یافته و نهایتاً گسیختگی سازه ای روسازی آسفالتی را در پی خواهد داشت. سالانه بخش عمدة هزینه های تعمیرات و نگهداری راه ها صرف برطرف نمودن خرابی های ناشی از ترک ها می گردد. یکی از عواملی که می تواند در افزایش عمر خستگی روسازی آسفالتی مؤثر باشد، پتانسیل خودترمیمی قیر و آسفالت است. منظور از خودترمیمی، توانایی بازیابی مشخصات مکانیکی از قبیل سفتی و مقاومت از دست رفته و نیز بازگشت جابه جایی حاصل از بازشدگی ترک ها، در طی دوره استراحت و دمای بالا، است. در این پژوهش به بررسی پدیده خودترمیمی، عوامل تأثیرگذار در آن و معرفی شاخص های اندازه گیری این پدیده، آسفالتی به همراه نتایج آخرین تحقیقات پرداخته شده است

تأثیر ایستگاه های مترو بر ترافیک خیابانهای اطراف آنها
شهر تهران به عنوان یکی از کلان شهرهای کشور با مشکلات ترافیکی عدیده ای روبرو است، از اینرو یکی از راههای مد نظر دست اندرکاران و تصمیم گیران، احداث خطوط مترو در سطح شهر تهران بود. اما احداث ایستگاههای مترو تبعاتی برای خیابانهای اطراف آنها به وجود آورد که از آن جمله میتوان به شلوغیهای ناشی از توقف تاکسیها و مسافرکشها و پارک وسایل نقلیه در اطراف ایستگاهها اشاره کرد. تحقیق حاضر به منظور بررسی میزان تأثیر ایستگاه های مترو بر ترافیک خیابانهای اطراف ایستگاههای مترو در شهر تهران انجام گرفته است. به عنوان مطالعه موردی ایستگاه مترو پانزده خرداد در منطقه بازار تهران مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. در این مطالعه از روش میدانی برای تکمیل پرسشنامههای محقق ساخته استفاده شده و برای تکمیل اطلاعات از سه نمونه آماری رانندگان، مسافران و افسران راهنمایی و رانندگی استفاده شده است. در این تحقیق نشان داده شده است که حضور تاکسیها و مسافرکشها برای مسافرگیری و پارک وسایل نقلیه در نزدیک خروجی مترو بر شلوغی خیابانهای اطراف مؤثر است ولی تاثیر هیچ یک از این عوامل بیش از 50 درصد نیست. همچنین از نظر پرسش شوندگان چنانچه درب خروجی مترو در خیابانهای فرعی باز شود، از تاثیر آنها بر شلوغی خیابانها کاسته میشود. در این تحقیق نشان داده شده است که تاکسیها و مسافرکشها برای مسافرگیری سعی میکنند که در نزدیکترین محل به درب خروجی توقف کنند. مسافران مترو نیز اکثراً برای ادامه سفر خود از تاکسی استفاده میکنند.

تحلیلی بر اثرات اقتصادی حمل و نقل در شهر گرگان
بخش حمل و نقل شهری یکی از بخشهایی است که علاوه بر اثر مستقیم آن بر رشد اقتصادی، در توسعه و رشد سایر بخش های اقتصاد شهری نقش بسزایی دارد به گونه ای که در شهرهای کشورهای در حال توسعه اغلب بین 15 تا 25 درصد بودجه، بین 8 تا 16 درصد درآمد خانوارها و بیش از 33 درصد سرمایه گذاری ها در زیرساخت های شهری در بخش حمل و نقل صورت می گیرد. هر چقدر حمل و نقل تأثیر مثبت و فزایندهای بر اقتصاد شهری داشته باشد دارای تأثیرات منفی از جمله افزایش هزینههای ناشی از آلودگی زیست محیطی شهر، هزینه های ناشی از تصادفات و همچنین هزینه های ناشی از اتلاف سوخت می باشد بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی و تحلیل جایگاه حمل و نقل بر اقتصاد شهری و با استفاده از روش توصیفی – تحلیلی و داده های واقعی مستخرج از منابع سازمانی در شهر گرگان صورت گرفته است. نتایج حاصل از یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد که هر روزه حدود 107465 لیتر بنزین بالغ بر2/75 میلیارد ریال از منابع ملی هدر می رود. همچنین هزینه های حاصل از تصادفات خسارتی معادل 9/2 میلیارد ریال در سال می باشد. حمل و نقل شهری سالانه 40583 کیلوگرم انواع آلاینده های زیست محیطی تولید می کند از سوی دیگر در بخش حمل و نقل در شهر گرگان تعداد 18678 نفر اشتغال دارند. در نهایت توسعه حمل و نقل عمومی در شهر گرگان توانسته است تا 16% باعث کاهش هزینه های ماهانه اقشار کم درآمد شود.

تحقیق در عملیات لجستیک سبز؛ نگاهی به ابعاد و جوانب، مسائل، کمکها و چالشها
رشد اقتصاد جهان در قرن اخیر، باعث مصرف کالاهای فراوان شده و از طرفی، پروسهی جهانیسازی نیز منجر به شکلگیری جریانات عظیمی از کالاها در اقصی نقاط دنیا شده است؛ اما تولید، حملونقل، انبارداری و مصرف این کالاها، مشکلات زیستمحیطی عدیدهای را پدید آورده است. امروزه، گرم شدن جهان در اثر تولید و انتشار گستردهی گازهای گلخانهای، اصلیترین نگرانی زیستمحیطی محسوب میشود. دولتها، کارگروهها و شرکتهای بزرگ تجاری، در حال آماده شدن برای رویارویی با این تهدید هستند. رشته تحقیق در عملیات، سابقهی دیرینهای در بهبود روشهای عملیاتی، بهویژه در کاهش هزینهها دارد. نگارندگان در این پژوهش حاضر، خلاصهای از کمکهای بارز تحقیق در عملیات به لجستیک سبز را بازگو میکنند که شامل تلفیقی از ابعاد و جنبههای زیستمحیطی در فرآیندهای تدارکاتی است. با تمرکز بر طراحی، برنامهریزی و نظارت بر زنجیرهی تأمین ترابری، موجودی کالاها و تصمیمات اتخاذی دربارهی تسهیلات و امکانات، خلاصهای از پیشرفتهای فعلی و تحولاتی که ممکن است در آینده شاهد رخ دهید را بیان میکنند. در این مسیر، به تحقیقات مختلفی که مدلهای OR برنامههای لجستیکی را از ابعاد زیستمحیطی مورد مطالعه قرار دادهاند نیز اشارهای خواهد شد.

بررسی عوامل موثر در شدت تصادفات راه های روستایی گیلان جهت تعیین موثرترین عوامل و ارائه راهکارهای ایمنی
افزایش روز افزون وسایل نقلیه در راههای روستایی درنتیجهی رشد جمعیت منجر به ایجاد یکی از مهمترین مشکلات سیستم حملونقل یعنی تصادفات رانندگی شده است که این امر وضعیت اقتصادی و اجتماعی مردم را تحت تأثیر قرار میدهد. استان گیلان یکی از زیباترین مناطق توریستی شمال ایران بوده و سفرهای کاری و تفریحی زیادی به این ناحیه انجام میشود. در نتیجه این سفرها، تصادفات جاده ای به وجود می آید. بررسی تصادفات برحسب پارامترهای مؤثر امکان پیشبینی وقوع یا عدم وقوع تصادفات نیازمند تجهیزات امدادرسانی را فراهم میکند. علاوه بر آن میتوان به بررسی میزان تأثیر هر عامل در شدت بخشیدن به تصادفات پرداخت. آشکار است که چنین شناختی منتهی به امکانپذیر شدن تدوین برنامههای ایمنسازی تردد مهندسین ترافیک خواهد شد و همچنین آنها میتوانند درک بهتری از فاکتورهایی که تأثیر مثبت یا منفی در شدت تصادفات دارند، داشته باشند. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر شدت تصادفات رانندگی در راههای روستایی استان گیلان جهت تعیین مهمترین عوامل مؤثر در رخداد این تصادفات است. در این پژوهش با استفاده از تحلیل فراوانی به بررسی متغیرها پرداخته شد و درنهایت مطابق با نتایج، راهکارهای ایمنی برای افزایش ایمنی و کاهش تصادفات در این جادهها پیشنهاد شد.

بررسی اثرات پی ماشین آلات و اثرات ارتعاشی و لرزهای ایجاد شده در خاک زیرین آن، به ویژه در بستر جادهها، یکی از مسائل اساسی و مهم در مباحث دینامیک خاک به شمار میرود. در این پژوهش به بررسی رفتار فونداسیونی واقع بر بستر جاده که تحت تأثیر ارتعاش با دامنه 10 و 20 کیلونیوتن بر متر مربع و فرکانس 10 و 20 هرتز قرار گرفته پرداخته شده است. پاسخ بستر در نقاط مختلف در دو حالت خشک و اشباع و در دو حالت بدون میرایی و با میرایی رایلی، در فواصل مختلف از فونداسیون مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای انجام تحلیلهای عددی از نرم افزار اجزای محدود PLAXIS دو بعدی استفاده شده است. نتایج تحلیلهای عددی نشان دادهاند که با افزایش فرکانس و دامنه ارتعاش به میزان دو برابر، مقادیر بیشینه تغییر مکان، بیشینه سرعت و بیشینه شتاب در بستر جاده، دو برابر خواهند شد. اما در حالتی که فقط فرکانس اعمالی دو برابر شود و مقدار دامنه تغییری نکند، تغییرات جابجایی و سرعت در خاک خیلی چشمگیر نبوده، اما میزان تغییرات شتاب در خاک دو برابر میگردد. همین مطلب تاثیر فرکانس بر میزان شتاب را نشان میدهد.

غربالسازی معابر پرخطر با استفاده از روش سطح پروژهی بیز تجربی: مطالعه موردی استان خراسان رضوی
در بسیاری از موارد، بخصوص مسائل تخصیص بهینه بودجه ایمنی بین راههای یک حوزه، تعیین اولویت بازرسی معابر، توزیع نیروهای اورژانس و پلیس در ایام خاص و یا نبود اطلاعات دقیق در سطح قطعه راه میتوان با استفاده از روش پیچیدهتری از بیز تجربی تخمین مناسبی از تصادفات را در سطح پروژه(معابر) به دست آورد و معابر یا محورهای پر خطر را شناسایی نمود. این تحقیق به غربالسازی معابر پرخطر استان خراسان رضوی بر مبنای اطلاعات تصادفات جرحی و فوتی سالهای 1913 و 92 با استفاده از روش بیز تجربی سطح پروژه پرداخته است. در این مطالعه توابع عملکرد ایمنی بوسیله روش مدل تعمیم یافته خطی با در نظر گرفتن توزیع دوجملهای منفی برای تصادفات فوتی و جرحی به طور جداگانه با شناسایی 69 قطعه همگن برای 31 محور استان خراسان رضوی توسعه یافت. سپس با انباشته-سازی اطلاعات ثبت شده و تخمینی تصادفات در قطعات راه با روش بیز تجربی سطح پروژه، میزان تصادفات 31 معبر استان تخمین زده شد و اولویت بندی معابر انجام گرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد که متغیرهای نوع راه و وسیله نقلیه-کیلومتر در تخمین تصادفات اثر معنی-داری دارند. همچنین مقدار R2adj و نمودار باقیمانده تجمعی استاندارد(CSR) حاکی از عملکرد مناسب توابع عملکرد ایمنی در تخمین نقطهای برای سطح 95% اطمینان بود. در نهایت محورهای سبزوار-کاهک، باغچه- تربتحیدریه و سرخس- مشهد و نیزدر میان این محورها، قطعات سبزوار-کاهک، باغچه- نیشابور و سبزوار- قوچان در رتبههای 1 تا 3 قرار میگیرند و نیازمند توجه ویژه هستند.
