بررسی مدول برجهندگی و عمر خستگی بتن آسفالتی گرم حاوی پلیمر ضایعاتی پلی اتیلن ترافثالات (PET)

چکیده

در این تحقیق به منظور بررسی تأثیر مقدار و اندازه ذرات پلیمر ضایعاتی پلی‌اتیلن ترافثالات(PET) بر عملکرد مخلوط‌های آسفالتی، ذرات PET با دو اندازه مختلف ریز و درشت و در مقادیر0، 2، 4 و 6 درصد (بر اساس وزن قیر) به بتن آسفالتی اضافه شد. مخلوط‌های آسفالتی حاوی PET، تحت آزمایش‌های مدول برجهندگی در سه دمای (5، 25 و 40 درجه سانتیگراد) و آزمایش خستگی به روش خمش چهار نقطه‌ای در دمای 20 درجه سانتیگراد قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد نمونه‌های حاوی ذرات ریز پلیمر، در دمای 5 درجه سانتیگراد رفتاری مشابه با ذرات درشت داشته‌اند، بطوری که با افزایش مقدار پلیمر مدول برجهندگی نیز افزایش می‌یابد، و بیشترین مقدار مدول برجهندگی در این دما برای مخلوطهای حاوی 6% PET ریز و درشت، به ترتیب، 17557 و 18229 مکاپاسکال می باشد. اما در دماهای 25 و 40 درجه سانتیگراد نمونه‌های حاوی 2 درصد PET بیشترین مقدار مدول برجهندگی را به ترتیب، به مقدار، 3.5 و 0.808 مگاپاسکال داشته‌اند. در مخلوط‌‌های آسفالتی حاوی ذرات درشت پلیمر نمونه‌ی حاوی 4 درصد PET بیشترین سختی خمشی و کمترین عمر خستگی را به مقدار، به ترتیب، 3803 مگاپاسکال و 16260 داشته است. نمونه‌های حاوی 6 درصد PET (برای هر دو اندازه ریز و درشت) بیشترین عمر خستگی را داشتند، که به ترتیب، 100000 و 63250 می باشد. مدول برجهندگی نمونه‌های حاوی ذرات درشت پلیمر از مدول برجهندگی نمونه‌های حاوی ذرات ریز PET بیشتر بوده، اما عمر خستگی نمونه‌های حاوی ذرات ریز پلیمر ضایعاتی بیشتر از عمر خستگی نمونه‌های حاوی ذرات درشت PET می باشد.
