بررسی خصوصیات عملکردی قیر و مخلوط آسفالتی اصلاح شده با پلی فسفریک اسید

چکیده

تغییر رفتار رئولوژیکی و مکانیکی قیر خالص یکی از مهم ترین دلایل مصرف افزودنی­های اصلاح کننده خواص قیر است. پلی فسفریک اسید در مقایسه با سایر افزودنی­ها در صنعت راهسازی، افزودنی جدیدی می­باشد. این افزودنی به منظور بهبود خواص رئولوژیکی قیر مانند شیارشدگی، خستگی و ترک خوردگی دمای پایین مورد استفاده قرار می­گیرد. در این مقاله به بررسی  اثرات رئولوژیکی پلی فسفریک اسید بر قیرها و مخلوط­های آسفالتی پرداخته شده است.  آزمایش­های گوناگونی در زمینه اصلاح قیر و مخلوط آسفالتی با پلیمر پلی فسفریک اسید صورت گرفته است. نتایج نشان داد،  افزودن PPA میتواند عملکرد دمای بالا را بهبود بخشد و حساسیت دمایی قیر­های اصلاح شده را کاهش دهد،­ اما تاثیر جزئی بر عملکرد دمای پایین دارد. با توجه به نتایج قیر­های اصلاح شده با پلی فسفریک اسید مقاومت خستگی بهتری در مقابل قیرهای اصلاح شده با SBS دارند. اصلاح قیر با PPA­، منجر به افزایش درجه نرمی، کاهش درجه نفوذ و نیز کاهش حساسیت دمایی می­شود. ترکیب PPA/SBR به دلیل بیشترین استحکام و همچنین کوچکترین عمق شیار، بهترین مقاومت شیارشدگی را در مخلوط آسفالتی دارد.
