آنالیز حساسیت و ارایه مدل ریاضی برای تعیین درصد قیر بهینه در آسفالت با استخوان‌بندی سنگدانه‌ای

چکیده

در حال حاضر طرح اختلاط مخلوط­های آسفالتی با استخوان­بندی سنگدانه­ای در ایران بر اساس روش مارشال انجام می­شود. در روش طرح اختلاط مارشال درصد بهینه قیر بر اساس میانگین مقادیر درصد قیری که بیشترین استقامت مارشال، بیشترین وزن مخصوص و مناسب­ترین فضای خالی در مخلوط­های آسفالتی با استخوان­بندی سنگدانه­ای را نتیجه می­دهد، تعیین می­شود.که این درصد الزاما بهینه­ترین درصد قیر نیست.در این مقاله یک مدل ریاضی برای تعین درصد قیر بهینه در آسفالت با استخوان­بندی سنگدانه­ای به روش مارشال توسعه داده شده است. برای این منظور ابتدا معادلات مربوط به تغییرات پارامترهای موثر در طرح اختلاط مخلوط آسفالتی SMA نسبت به درصد قیر با استفاده از روش کمترین مربعات و از طریق تقریب با یک چندجمله­ای درجه دوم تعیین
می­شود و سپس با تکیه بر این معادلات و استفاده از یک مدل ریاضی چند هدفی درصد بهینه قیر به گونه­ای تعیین می­شود که مخلوط آسفالتی به­دست آمده تمامی شرایط گفته شده در آیین­نامه را داشته باشد و دارای بیشترین وزن مخصوص، بیشترین استقامت مارشال و مناسب­ترین درصد فضای خالی نیز باشد. پس از به­دست آمدن درصد قیر بهینه، آنالیز حساسیت نسبت به درصد قیر خیلی کم بر روی پارامترهای موثر (مقاومت مارشال، چگالی حقیقی مخلوط آسفالتی، درصد فضای خالی مخلوط آسفالتی و درصد فضای خالی مصالح سنگی)  در طرح اختلاط آسفالت با استخوان­بندی سنگدانه­ای انجام گردید. نتایج این تحقیق حاکی از دقت بیشتر روش مدل­سازی ریاضی نسبت به روش سنتی است و آنالیز حساسیت نیز تاثیر میزان خطا در تعیین درصد قیر بهینه را نشان داد.
