Abstract

With regard improvement in construction projects and increasing complexity of development projects, maintenance issues and their utilization have become important because the issue is directly related to the rate of profitability And continuity of the relevant infrastructure. Consequently, contracts concluded in the field of maintenance services can significantly change from a simple concept to a complex process. Failure to properly understand the technical and legal aspects of maintenance contracts reduces profitability, increases costs, reduces the quality and efficiency, loss of capital, and so on. For this purpose, this paper seeks to review types of maintenance contracts and various parts of it, to ensure that the maintenance services are executed properly. In this study, the tools and methods for collecting information, are reviewing books, articles, and valid documents.
