بررسی میدانی سوانح ترافیکی و مکانیسم صدمات در بزرگ راه محدوده غرب شیراز در سال 1394

چکیده

 طراحی خیابان ها، علائم و نشانه های اخطار دهنده از جمله عوامل موثر بر شدت و تعداد حوادث روی داده در شهرها هستند. با شناسایی نقاط حادثه خیز خیابان، بزرگ راه و جاده و رفع موانع موجود می­توان احتمال خطاهای انسانی را تا حد زیادی کاهش داد. هدف پژوهش مقطعی  حاضر شناسایی نقاط حادثه خیز و عوامل موثر بر بروز سوانح ترافیکی و پیامدهای ناشی از آن می باشد. مطالعه حاضر به بررسی کلیه سوانح ترافیکی که از تاریخ 1/1/1394 تا پایان تیر ماه 1395 در بزرگ راه حسینی الهاشمی  شهر شیراز اتفاق افتاده است می­پردازد. اطلاعات با استفاده از  نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 21 مورد تجزیه و تحلیلی آماری قرار گرفت.نسبت شانس(OR) هر یک از عوامل موثر بر پیامد حوادث ترافیکی (مرگ و آسیب) مانند جنسیت، سن و زمان وقوع با  استفاده از مدل رگرسیون لوجستیک برآورد شد. نتایج نشان داد که تعداد 421 تصادف مورد بررسی قرار گرفت که  از بین کل تصادفات 348 مورد  (7/82 درصد) منجر به وقوع آسیب و 1 مورد (2/0 درصد) نیز منجر به مرگ شده بود. متوسط سنی افرادی که دچار سانحه تصادف شده بودند برابر با 02/32±12 بود. مرد­ها (OR=1.63 CL 0.91-2.91) بیشتر در معرض آسیب­های ناشی از حوادث ترافیکی قرار می گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که مردان بیش از زنان در معرض سوانح و آسیب های ناشی از آن قرار دارند. عامل زمان یک عامل موثر در بروز سوانح می باشد و از نظر فصلی، بیشترین فراوانی مربوط به فصول تابستان و بهار بود.
