معرفی آسفالت حفاظتی میکروسرفیسینگ و بررسی عوامل تأثیرگذار بر عملکرد آن

چکیده

شبکه حمل‌ونقل جادهای در هر کشور نقشی حیاتی در اقتصاد آن جامعه بازی کرده، لذا شرایط فیزیکی زیرساخت‌ها بسیار مهم است. بدون شک، بدون نگهداری کافی و به‌موقع، راه‌ها به‌شدت دچار زوال و تخریب خواهند شد و نیاز به بهسازی و حتی بازسازی گسترده‌ای خواهد بود که اغلب هزینه‌ای بیشتر از تعمیر و نگهداری ساده‌ای که می‌توانست زودتر انجام شود، در بر خواهد داشت. با افزایش قیمت روسازی‌های آسفالتی، کاربرد آسفالت‌های حفاظتی به‌عنوان یک اقدام پیشگیرانه در تعمیر و نگهداری روسازی‌ها در ایران و جهان به شکل قابل چشمگیری رواج یافته است. در طی سال‌های گذشته، در بین انواع آسفالت‌های حفاظتی، میکروسرفیسینگ به‌عنوان روشی مؤثر و کارآمد در نگهداری پیشگیرانه‌ی روسازی‌ها به‌صورت گسترده مورد پذیرش قرار گرفته است. استفاده از میکروسرفیسینگ موجب حفاظت و به تأخیر انداختن خرابی روسازی‌ها، آب‌بندی سطح راه، درزگیری ترک‌های غیرفعال راه، افزایش مقاومت لغزندگی و اصلاح سطح روسازی می‌شود. در کنار مزایای ذکر شده، شیارشدگی، عریان‌شدگی و شن‌زدگی از جمله خرابی‌های رایج در میکروسرفیسینگ بوده که عموماً به دلیل تخریب سایشـی سـنگدانه‌هـا، جابجـایی مصـالح و مواد، نبود چسبندگی کافی بین قیر و سنگدانه، عدم مقاومت سایشی مناسب سنگدانه‌ها و طرح اختلاط و اجرای نامناسب ایجاد می‌شوند. از این‌رو بررسی مدهای خرابی یا شکست در میکروسرفیسینگ امری حیاتی بوده و برای ادارات راه و شهرسازی این موضوع مهم است که آسفالت‌های حفاظتی طوری طراحی و بهینه‌سـازی شده که دارای بهترین عملکرد و بیشترین عمر بهره‌وری باشند، سرعت اجرای آن‌ها سریع باشد تا تـأخیر در بازگشـایی ترافیـک را بـه حـداقل برسـاند، عمـر خدمت‌دهی روسازی راه را افزایش، هزینه‌های دوره‌های نگهداری را کاهش و ایمنی راه را ارتقا دهند. از این‌رو در این مطالعه به بررسی عوامل تأثیرگذار بر عملکرد میکروسرفیسینگ پرداخته شده است.
