اقدامات موثر در کاهش عوامل اثرگذار بر افزایش هزینه پروژه های پل سازی

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش، شناسایی اقدامات موثر بر کاهش عوامل ایجاد هزینه در پروژه های پل سازی در استان البرز است. در این تحقیق ابتدا مطالعات مشابه مورد بررسی دقیق قرار گرفت سپس یک پرسشنامه بر اساس 58 عامل مشترک از هزینه شناسایی و برداشت شد. پرسشنامه آماری به 30 نفر از پاسخ دهندگان انتخاب شده در میان مشتری، پیمانکار و مشاور که دارای تجربه مناسب در زمینه پل سازی بودند توزیع شد. داده های جمع آوری شده مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت و 15 عامل در میان 58 عامل شناسایی شده بیشترین امتیاز را کسب کردند پس از تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل عاملی در نرم افزار آماری SPSS نتایج نشان داد که از بین 15 شاخص 5 عامل نهایی دارای مقادیر ویژه بالای یک بودند به عنوان عوامل اصلی افزایش هزینه مشخص شدند که واریانس 269/84 درصدی را به خود اختصاص دادند. سپس پرسشنامه به 30 نفر متخصص داده شد تا اقدامات موثر در جهت کاهش هر یک از عوامل افزایش هزینه را انجام دهند. داده های جمع آوری شده با استفاده از روش تجزیه و تحلیل محتوا مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند تا اقدامات کاهش را با توجه به اهمیت آن ها از دیدگاه پرسش شوندگان رتبه بندی کنند. نتایج این مطالعه برای پروژه های پل سازی مفید خواهد بود که در جهت برداشتن اقدامات مناسب در کنترل هزینه های بالای پروژه های ساخت پل در این استان به عنوان مرجع استفاده می شود.
