اولویت‌بندی اصلاح نقاط حادثه‌خیز جهت رفع حوادث جاده‌ای با رویکرد اقتصادی (مطالعه موردی: محور اراک-سلفچگان)

چکیده
تصادفات جاده‌ای به عنوان چالشی اساسی در سیستم‌های حمل‌ونقل جهانی مطرح بوده و در کشورهای در حال توسعه، نقاط حادثه‌خیز سهم قابل توجهی در افزایش تلفات و خسارات اقتصادی دارند. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی نقاط پرخطر در محور اراک-سلفچگان، از تلفیق مدل‌سازی بیزی و روش تصمیم‌گیری چندمعیاره TOPSIS استفاده نموده است. با بهره‌گیری از داده‌های دو ساله تصادفات، ویژگی‌های هندسی جاده، شرایط جوی و عوامل ترافیکی، مدل بیزی برای ارزیابی ریسک تصادفات در قطعات مختلف جاده به کار گرفته شد و سپس اولویت‌بندی نقاط بحرانی بر اساس معیارهای ایمنی و توجیه اقتصادی انجام پذیرفت. یافته‌های کلیدی نشان می‌دهد که تراکم تقاطعات، مجاورت با مناطق مسکونی یا صنعتی و بی‌توجهی رانندگان از مهم‌ترین عوامل خطر هستند. در راستای اولویت‌بندی نقاط حادثه‌خیز، محور مورد مطالعه به 15 قطعه تقسیم شد. قطعات ۹، ۱۵، ۱-۲ و ۱۱ به عنوان اولویت‌های اصلی برای مداخلات ایمنی شناسایی شدند. پدیده‌هایی مانند مه‌گرفتگی، خطر تصادفات را تشدید می‌کنند. این مطالعه بر ضرورت ایجاد بانک اطلاعاتی یکپارچه تصادفات، تلفیق تحلیل هزینه-فایده در فرآیند تصمیم‌گیری و اجرای اقدامات اصلاحی هدفمند تأکید دارد. با ترکیب روش‌های پیشرفته آماری و چندمعیاره، این پژوهش چارچوبی علمی برای ارتقای ایمنی جاده‌ها ارائه می‌دهد که قابلیت تعمیم به سایر محورهای پرخطر را دارا می‌باشد.
