جاده

ارزیابی مبتنی بر عملکرد و پایداری افزودنی‌های سازگار با محیط زیست در روسازی‌های آسفالتی

چکیده
به دلیل محدودیت منابع طبیعی و افزایش جمعیت، مصرف روزافزون منابع تجدیدناپذیر، کاهش آن‌ها را تسریع کرده است. روسازی‌ها یکی از مصرف‌کنندگان اصلی منابع به شمار می‌روند. در این پژوهش، پنج دسته از افزودنی‌های سازگار با محیط زیست شامل فوتوکاتالیست‌ها، مواد بازیافتی، نانومواد و الیاف طبیعی، بر اساس مرور مطالعات دو دهه اخیر تحلیل شده‌اند. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد دی‌اکسید تیتانیوم با راندمان بالای حذف اکسیدهای نیتروژن، مؤثرترین فوتوکاتالیست است. پودر لاستیک با ۱۵ درصد وزنی، پارامتر شیارشدگی (G/sinδ) را تا ۶۸۰ درصد افزایش می‌دهد، اما پارامتر خستگی (G×sinδ) را تا ۳۲۰ درصد بدتر می‌کند. پلیمر SBS با ۴ درصد، ضمن بهبود ۱۴۰ درصدی شیارشدگی، مقاومت خستگی را نیز ۵ درصد افزایش می‌دهد. الیاف طبیعی (کنف، نارگیل، پشم بز) با افزایش چقرمگی تا ۳۰ درصد، جایگزین مناسبی برای الیاف سنتتیک هستند. از میان نانومواد، نانوسیلیکا با ۷ درصد، پارامتر شیارشدگی را تا ۳۱۹ درصد بهبود می‌بخشد. افزودنی‌های گیلسونایت و اسید پلی‌فسفریک نیز به ترتیب با افزایش ۴۵۰ و ۲۰۰ درصدی پارامتر شیارشدگی، گزینه‌های مؤثری برای کاربردهای سنگین محسوب می‌شوند. با این حال، نانوسیلیکا و گیلسونایت به ترتیب باعث کاهش ۲۸ و ۹۵ درصدی مقاومت خستگی می‌شوند، در حالی که اسید پلی‌فسفریک تأثیر منفی بر خستگی ندارد. انتخاب آگاهانه افزودنی بر اساس شرایط و توجه به تعارض عملکردی، کلید دستیابی به روسازی پایدار است و می‌توان ضمن کاهش فشار بر منابع طبیعی، اثرات اقتصادی و محیط‌زیستی مثبتی در صنعت روسازی ایجاد کرد.
