Assessing the Impact of Connecting Chabahar Port to the National Rail Network on Transit Volume in the International North–South Transport Corridor: A Hybrid Approach Based on Time Series Forecasting, Neural Networks, and System Dynamics

Abstract
این پژوهش با هدف ارزیابی اثر اتصال ریلی بندر چابهار بر توسعه ترانزیت در کریدور بین‌المللی شمال–جنوب، یک چارچوب تحلیلی یکپارچه مبتنی بر مدل‌های یادگیری عمیق، اقتصادسنجی و پویایی سیستم ارائه می‌دهد. در این مطالعه، داده‌های تاریخی ترانزیت، زیرساخت و شاخص‌های اقتصادی طی دوره ۲۰۱۰ تا ۲۰۲۴ گردآوری و با استفاده از مدل‌های LSTM و ARIMA پیش‌بینی تقاضا انجام شد. سپس، به‌منظور سنجش اثر علّی اتصال ریلی، از مدل تفاوت در تفاوت‌ها (DiD) استفاده و در نهایت، نتایج در قالب یک مدل پویایی سیستم برای شبیه‌سازی سناریوهای توسعه تا افق ۲۰۳۵ به‌کار گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد مدل LSTM با دقت حدود ۹۲ درصد عملکردی برتر نسبت به مدل ARIMA در پیش‌بینی تقاضای ترانزیت دارد. همچنین، اتصال ریلی با کاهش قابل‌توجه هزینه تعمیم‌یافته حمل‌ونقل، جذابیت کریدور را افزایش داده و در سناریوی توسعه تهاجمی، حجم ترانزیت بندر چابهار را تا حدود ۵ میلیون تن در سال ۲۰۳۵ ارتقا می‌دهد. یافته‌ها همچنین وجود یک آستانه بحرانی ظرفیت در حدود ۱۰ میلیون تن را برای جلوگیری از اشباع شبکه و حفظ کارایی کریدور نشان می‌دهد. در مجموع، نتایج پژوهش بیانگر آن است که توسعه هم‌زمان زیرساخت ریلی، ارتقای فرآیندهای لجستیکی و سیاست‌گذاری مبتنی بر شبیه‌سازی می‌تواند جایگاه ژئواکونومیکی بندر چابهار را در کریدور شمال–جنوب به‌طور چشمگیری تقویت کرده و زمینه افزایش سهم ایران از ترانزیت منطقه‌ای و بین‌المللی را فراهم سازد.
