Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the attitude of environmentally friendly athletes towards the intention to purchase green transportation. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and causal in terms of method. In terms of time index, it is also considered cross-sectional. The statistical population of this study consists of all cyclists in Markazi province, so the statistical population is unlimited. The sample size for the unlimited community in Morgan's table is 384 people. The method of collecting field information and the data collection tool is a researcher-made questionnaire (26 questions). Expert opinions were used to determine the content validity and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to determine the reliability. Research data were analyzed using structural equation modeling and LISREL software. The results in the end indicate the positive effect of variables (environmental concern, functional value, green brand quality and social value) on the intention to buy green transport and also the negative effect of variables (environmental knowledge and conditional value) on the intention to buy green transport Is.
