Abstract

The project of improving the insurance roads network has been planned to facilitate traffic in the inner passages of the neighborhood, strengthen the east-west passages, facilitate access to the surrounding network, and reduce the traffic load of the main passages of the insurance neighborhood from six districts of five areas; Things like reopening a number of dead-end alleys and unilateralizing some passages have been done. This project is currently in the stage of full operation and in the stage of operation, it has many positive and negative effects and consequences on the target community. Evaluation of project outcomes has been done using quantitative and qualitative methods. The statistical population included all residents and beneficiaries of Koi Bimeh road network reform, experts, city and local officials of Koi Bimeh. The results showed that 90% of the respondents considered the improvement of the insurance corridor network as one of the local priority needs. Identified consequences of improving the insurance dormitory road network include ease of access, saving time for residents and clients in the neighborhood, reducing psychological stress due to uneven traffic, increasing satisfaction with municipal performance, business prosperity, high compliance of the plan with local priority needs, Improving noise pollution, leaving the neighborhood out of the impasse, increasing property prices, deteriorating air quality, increasing social harms by creating access to damaged areas, residents of neighboring neighborhoods are dissatisfied with the access of the insurance dormitory to their neighborhood (Apadana).
