Deployment Approach Transit Oriented Development (TOD) In Reduce Traffic Problems (Case Study: South Zanjan Neighborhood in District 10 of Tehran Municipality)

Abstract
In recent years special attention to the development of Mbnty on public transport in cities and Aftthah projects such as metro Kalanshhrha (Shiraz, Isfahan, etc.) is evidence of this claim. Therefore, in this study, South Zanjan District 10 of Tehran Municipality is located almost in the heart of the city, have been selected. Swat technique used in this study (SWOT), and the method used descriptive analytical data collected documentation - Library and field.
