Abstract

Due to the importance of asphalt pavement crash, more careful consideration should be given of maintenance costs and quality. Although these failures can have different causes, but in each region, depending on the regional conditions and the methods of pavement execution, it is possible to limit the main factors affecting the occurrence of these crashes to certain cases. In Golestan province, considering that it is considered as a Souq Al-Jashidi province due to the large volume of traffic of various types of vehicles and its location on the transit route of the country, it is necessary first to examine the possible causes of these failures, then to evaluate the sector Different production and implementation of paved pavements with program-based guidance, in order to prevent the prolongation of the pavement life, to prevent direct costs and indirect (car accidents) on the structure of the country's economy. In this research, firstly, by examining the asphalt pavements, early failure factors were rooted. Then, by studying the network of roads of the province, 7 axis were selected as the network of the province. Subsequently, using the PCI index and analyzing the crash rates, the dominant downfall of each axis is determined. Then, by introducing the effective parameters in reducing the life of the collars, using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, the coefficients of these parameters were calculated and ranked and finally, we presented models for the selection of preventive maintenance methods.
