Abstract

In recent years, the increase in the number of air travelers and the expansion of cities has created many problems for the major airports in the cities. Therefore, it is very important to know how to choose air travelers in choosing airlines and analyzing these behaviors, planning air travel, adopting future policies, and developing airports. In this paper, we try to use a multinomial logit model to model the selection of airlines by passengers. Based on the existing potential of the air department, Tehran is considered to be one of the most important international airports in the world. More and more efficient development of its airports requires further studies in this area. The aforementioned surveys are form in state preference way with Imam Khomeini airport passengers. After making the model, it became clear that parameters such as the age of travelers, the experience of using the airport in the past, ticket prices are among the most important factors in choosing the lines.
