Abstract

The economic downturn and bankruptcy in various industries, especially in the transportation sector, have led companies to consider removing economic barriers and overcoming the crisis. In this regard, transport agencies need to learn change management practices that are less vulnerable to environmental stress, and their direction should be lower in terms of superior quality, higher productivity and lower administrative costs.
In this research, the strategy of outsourcing as a means to improve the transport organization of Shahin Shahr Municipality has been introduced and from its integration with data envelopment analysis, a tool for transportation agencies in cities parallel to Shahin Shahr City is provided. From this The present research has examined the cultural, social, economic and environmental dimensions. The statistical population of the study consisted of 25 experts and managers and managers of transportation agencies in cities equal to Shahin Shahr, 25 drivers and 255 citizens of these cities. To test the research hypotheses, Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests (normality test), one-sample t, Friedman test and ANOVA test were used. The results of this study showed that all cultural, social, economic and environmental factors affect the outsourcing of urban transport system.
