Abstract

Today, the true concept of competition in the rail transport market is the quality of the product and the quality of services provided to the travelers. With the development and improvement of the market economy, the transport market model is in the process of being formed. There is a need for more adaptation between rail transport products and the needs of the community and passengers in order to further develop the activity of companies in the rail transport market, to increase competition for passenger demand and to increase the share of passenger transport from the market. The most important factor in attracting passengers in the railways is the quality of services provided to rail transport passengers. This paper examines the current status of passenger service quality, problems and problems in rail passenger services, and suggests solutions to improve this goal. The quality of passenger rail services as a concept of innovative services ensures the quality of equipment and provides quality standards tailored to the needs of the traveler and the services provided in order to achieve the maximum satisfaction of passengers.
