Abstract

The Country's Management And Planning Organization, Based On A Mission That Is Mandated By The Law To Lead, Investigate, Review, Monitor And Integrate The Technical And Executive System Of The Country, Is Mainly Engaged In The Preparation, Communication And Promotion Of The Price List Of Various Disciplines Each Year. The Need To Understand And How To Work With These Communications Is One Of The Most Important Issues Of The Three Common Projects Of Development Projects (Employer, Consultant, Contractor), Especially In The Plans For The Acquisition Of Capital Assets. Lack Of Transparency And Multiple Interpretations And Interpretations Of These Directives Can Lead To Legal And Contractual Initiation For Each Of The Project's Agents, Which Leads To The Time Of Project Implementation, Increase Of The Initial Amount Of The Contract, Delay And Delay In The Opening Of The Project , Deviations From Development Plans And Allocations Of Credits In The Next Years Budget, With Higher Fees, Inefficiencies Of The Executive And Government, And Ultimately A General Disagreement. This Article Tries To Bring About The Clarity Of The Issue By Entering Into The Specialized Discussions Of The Price List And A Closer Look At Its Implications, Reducing The Claims Of The Contracting Sector.
