Abstract
In big cities, the traffic problem has increased the travel time and delayed users for hours. On the other hand, the use of private cars and traffic increases air pollution. One of the most important ways to improve urban conditions is demand management. One of the methods that can reduce the presence of private cars on the street is the use of non-motorized transportation. The current research considers the use of bicycles as dependent on factors and infrastructure. Bicycle use will increase when safety and infrastructure are considered, as well as concessions. These parameters, in addition to several other parameters, have been selected as variables and factors of the desire to use bicycles in this research. A questionnaire was used to conduct this research and the questionnaire is divided into the group of experts and ordinary users. The results of the questionnaire were evaluated using Hierarchical Analysis, Dimtel and Delphi methods, and the results were presented using tables and graphs. The results showed that the variable of safety parameters was ranked first with 45%, which means that most experts check the routes of using bicycles from the point of view of safety.Other factors are ranked second with 29%, which means that most experts consider bicycles as a means to reduce intercity traffic.Human factors are ranked fourth with 11%. This means that most of the experts were of the opinion that each person's parameters have nothing to do with the use of bicycles in reducing traffic, which was completely different from the opinions of ordinary people.
