Abstract
road users are an important part of the transportation system; but the infrastructure of the transportation system is also important. Therefore, integrated management and executive factors that can bring the designers transportation system and its users to the highest level of traffic safety by interacting with each other are needed. Purpose of this research identify managerial and executive factors reduce traffic accidents country. In terms of practical purpose, in terms of a mixed method of exploratory type. Statistical population in the qualitative part was interviews with experts from the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development and the Traffic Police Headquarters using a non-probability sampling method of the purposeful judgment type, and the statistical population quantitative part was senior experts Traffic Police Headquarters using a descriptive survey method and stratified random sampling. Qualitative part, MAXQDA2020 software was used, and quantitative part, confirmatory factor analysis using structural equation modeling was used using pls3 Smart confirmatory factor analysis software. Management and executive factors reducing traffic accidents country qualitative part respectively included the components inter-organizational coordination, responsibility accountability, leading, educational and scientific organization and existence traditional approach traffic accidents, and quantitative part all components In the same way, has been approved by experts of that department. Considering importance safety road users and the preventability injuries caused by traffic accidents as well as unpredictability human errors by taking long-term measures through national coordination, accurate knowledge of real managerial and executive factors can help reduce traffic accidents country.
