Investigating the position of social justice in urban transportation with an emphasis on the use of intelligent transportation system

Abstract
In order for smart transportation to be provided fairly and equally to all people in society, one of its basic principles is to facilitate access to this service for all people in society. It must be ensured that smart transportation is also accessible to low-income people and that no one is deprived of this service due to their economic status. Also, the development of smart transportation must be carried out according to the needs and characteristics of each region and society. In this research, information is collected through documentary and field studies as well as library studies, and another part is collected through the distribution of 100 questionnaires among managers and experts as well as citizens in District 9 of Tehran Municipality. Finally, after collecting information and analyzing data using SPSS software and utilizing statistical tests in order to provide a new organization of pre-existing knowledge, general criteria and guidelines have been presented in a new format. In a general conclusion, it can be said that achieving and achieving smart transportation will have a significant impact on increasing security, saving time, and improving the quality of life at the regional level. It can also be said that installing variable traffic signs with an average of 4.5 has the greatest impact on increasing the quality of life and enjoying social justice and making urban transportation smart.
