بررسی خصوصیات بتن آسفالتی گرم حاوی پلیمر ضایعاتی PET1 و قیر لاستیکی

چکیده

در این تحقیق به منظور بررسی تأثیر پلیمر ضایعاتی PET بر عملکرد مخلوط­های آسفالتی حاوی قیر لاستیکی، PET با دو اندازه مختلف و در مقادیر 2، 4، 6، 8 و 10 درصد (بر اساس وزن قیر) به مخلوط­های آسفالتی افزوده شد. پس از تعیین مقدار قیر بهینه مربوط به ترکیب­های مختلف، مخلوط­های آسفالتی حاوی PET، تحت آزمایش­های استقامت و روانی مارشال و کشش غیرمستقیم قرار گرفتند. همچنین، آزمایش خزش دینامیکی با استفاده از دستگاه UTM-10، در سطح تنش kPa300 و دمای °C40، به منظور ارزیابی تغییر شکل ماندگار (شیار  افتادگی) مخلوط­های حاوی درصدهای مختلف PET، با دو اندازه به کار گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد که اضافه کردن PET به مخلوط‌های آسفالتی حاوی قیر لاستیکی باعث بهبود مقاومت مارشال و نسبت مارشال نسبت به نمونه شاهد شد، به‌طوری‌که بیشترین مقدار مقاومت و نسبت مارشال مربوط به نمونه‌های حاوی 10 درصد PET شد. همچنین نتایج آزمایش کشش غیرمستقیم نشان داد که اضافه کردن PET به مقدار 2 درصد باعث افزایش مقاومت کششی غیرمستقیم شد و با اضافه کردن مقادیر بیشتر PET مقاومت کششی غیرمستقیم کاهش یافت. نتایج آزمایش خزش دینامیکی نشان داد که مخلوط‌های آسفالتی گرم حاوی PET رفتار متفاوتی در برابر بارگذاری دینامیکی دارند. افزودن PET به مخلوط‌های آسفالتی باعث کاهش مقاومت نسبت به تغییر شکل دائمی (شیار افتادگی) تحت بارگذاری دینامیکی شد، به‌طوری‌که با افزایش مقدار PET مقاومت نسبت به تغییر شکل دائمی کاهش یافت. نتایج آزمایشات استقامت مارشال، نسبت مارشال، مقاومت کششی غیرمستقیم و خزش دینامیکی نشان دادند که مخلوط‌های آسفالتی حاوی PET با اندازه ذرات کوچک‌تر نسبت به مخلوط‌های آسفالتی حاوی PET با اندازه بزرگ‌تر، مقاومت بیشتری دارند.
