Abstract
Considering current social and economic problems society and the need to use motorcycles to meet the livelihood needs this group of people, and other hand, the need for traffic safety and need to apply regulations on violations in these special circumstances, need to organize and It is felt create appropriate mechanisms improve the behavior and establish traffic discipline of motorcycle riders. Therefore, main purpose of this study effect of the implementation easy motorcycle license scheme traffic behavior of motorcycle riders. Research is applied terms purpose and descriptive-survey terms of method. statistical population of the senior experts of Rahorba Police Headquarters was stratified random sampling motorcycle license recipients in the easy design, and sampling method research was available random sampling method. data collection tool was Manchester questionnaire standard driving behavior questionnaire, including intentional violations, mistakes, inadvertent violations, slips, whose validity was calculated through face validity and reliability using Cronbach's alpha of 0.78. SmartPLS3 software was used data analysis. Greatest effect implementation easy motorcycle license plan traffic behavior motorcycle riders according experts related main category of intentional violations with the value of T-statistic 27.357 and beta coefficient 0.881 and according motorcycle drivers, greatest effect implementation said plan It was related to main category of discipline with a beta coefficient of 0.924 and a t-statistic of 49.319. The implementation of easy motorcycle license scheme is effective in changing the traffic behavior of motorcycle riders and can increase discipline and reduce violations of this class of traffic users.
