Identifying Effective Factors in the Implementation of Airport Management with a Sustainable Development Approach

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to identify the effective factors in the implementation of airport management with a sustainable development approach. This study was a descriptive and qualitative study, and its statistical population consists of 12 airport managers in the country, who were selected in a purposeful way. At first, the Delphi courses were continued until
a theoretical agreement was reached between the experts, and the results were analyzed through the W Kendall agreement by the SPSS version 23 software package, then the most important components in airport management with a sustainable development approach. It was identified and ranked by TOPSIS method through Excel software, ensuring the safety and security of passengers, pilots and personnel in the airport environment, creating new job opportunities and attracting investment and developing level sustainability were the most important factors. Also, among the factors of security and data protection components, it was introduced as the most important factor of airport management with a sustainable development approach, and the existence of alignment with global goals was also introduced as the second option, and of course, the components of airport logistics management and integrated management systems were introduced as the third and fourth options with a slight difference.
