صحت‌سنجی مشخصات مکانیکی بتن با سنگدانه‌های بازیافتی در روابط آیین‌نامه‌ها

چکیده

محدود بودن منابع و حفظ کیفیت محیط زیست، لزوم بازیافت مواد و مصالح را اجتناب­ناپذیر ساخته است. یکی از مصالح ساختمانی که پتانسیل خوبی برای بازیافت دارد بتن است. بتن ضایعاتی را می‌توان دوباره خرد نموده، به عنوان سنگدانه در ساخت بتن استفاده کرد.این مقاله، به مرور جامعی از کارهای گذشته در زمینه مشخصات مکانیکی بتن با سنگدانه­های بازیافتی شامل؛ مقاومت فشاری، مقاومت کششی، مدول گسیختگی و مدول الاستیسیته پرداخته است. علاوه بر این، با جمع­آوری داده­های پژوهش‌های گذشته‌ و ایجاد بانک داده­ها برای بتن با سنگدانه های بازیافتی، نتایج آن را با روابط آیین نامه­های معتبر دنیا «آمریکا، اروپا، استرالیا، کانادا و ژاپن» و همچنین روابط پیشنهاد شده توسط محققین گذشته برای بتن معمولی مقایسه کرده است‌. نتایج این مقایسه نشان می­دهد که روابط آیین نامه­های موجود مقاومت کششی­، مدول گسیختگی و مدول الاستیسیته برای حدود 50 تا 70  در صد داده­های بتن با سنگدانه­های بازیافتی، مقاومتی کمتر از روابط آیین نامه­ها دارد. همچنین این مطالعه، بر اساس تحلیل­های آماری (رگرسیون غیر­خطی) روابطی  را برای مشخصات مکانیکی بتن باسنگدانه­های بازیافتی پیشنهاد
داده است.
