مدلسازی هوشمند مقاومت فشاری محصورنشده خاک رس تثبیت‌شده با استفاده از روش برنامه‌ریزی بیان ژن

چکیده
از جمله راهکارهای بهسازی خاک‌های بستر ضعیف و مسئله‌دار استفاده از تثبیت‌کننده‌ها و افزودنی‌های متفاوت مانند سیمان، آهک و خاکستر بادی است. در این مقاله، یک خاک رس با استفاده از درصد‌های مختلف سیمان و آهک (0، 3، 5، 7 و 9 درصد) استفاده شده است و در درصدهای رطوبت مختلف (میزان رطوبت بهینه، سمت مرطوب و سمت خشک) تثبیت و آزمایش مقاومت فشاری محصورنشده در زمان‌های عمل‌آوری مختلف (7، 14، 21، 28 و 60 روز) انجام شد. سپس از روش برنامه‌نویسی بیان ژن برای مدلسازی مقاومت فشاری محصورنشده خاک رس تثبیت‌شده با سیمان و آهک استفاده شده است. در مدل‌های توسعه یافته از سه متغیر درصد افزودنی، زمان عمل‌آوری و درصد رطوبت به‌عنوان پارامترهای ورودی جهت پیش‌بینی مقاومت فشاری محصورنشده استفاده شد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که مقدار ضریب تعیین برای مدل توسعه داده‌شده برای پیش‌بینی مقاومت فشاری محصورنشدۀ خاک رس تثبیت شده با سیمان بر اساس داده‌های آموزش و آزمون به‌ترتیب برابر با 935/0 و 926/0 است. ضریب تعیین برای پیش‌بینی مقاومت فشاری محصورنشدۀ خاک رس تثبیت شده با آهک بر اساس داده‌های آموزش و آزمون به‌ترتیب برابر با 911/0 و 884/0 به دست آمد. همچنین نتایج مطالعۀ پارامتریک نشان داد که مقدار مقاومت فشاری محصورنشده با افزایش درصد سیمان و آهک و زمان عمل‌آوری افزایش و با افزایش درصد رطوبت کاهش می‌یابد.
