مقدمه‏ ای بر مطالعات در حوزه رهبری مدیریت پروژه‏های عمرانی

چکیده
علیرغم توسعه مفاهیم و تئوری‌های نظری متعدد در حوزه رهبری، همچنان سؤالات زیادی در این مقوله حل‌نشده باقی‌مانده است. همین امر موجب شده است تا در چند دهه اخیر مبحث رهبری محققان و پژوهشگران زیادی را به خود جذب کند. با بررسی خوشه ‏های اصلی مطالعات و پژوهش‌های انجام‌شده در حوزه رهبری پروژه‌های عمرانی، می‌توان دریافت که درمجموع دو نوع پژوهش در این حوزه انجام شده است: نوع اول به فهم واژه رهبری، ماهیت رهبری و رابطه آن با پیروان، شایستگی‌ها، مدل‌ها و تئوری‌های رهبری در صنعت ساخت متمرکز است. نوع دوم نیز اثر نقش رهبری در ارکان پروژه مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرار گرفته است. تحلیل و بررسی این مطالعات اقدام اولیه‏ای در جهت دریافت ایده‏های نو و گپ‏ های مهم تحقیقاتی در حوزه مطالعات رهبری در پروژه‏ های عمرانی را در اختیار قرار می‏دهد. در این مقاله، بعداز بررسی‏ های کتابخانه‏ ای صورت گرفته در حوزه صنعت ساخت (چالش ‏ها و مشکلات)، رهبری و مدیریت پروژه و عموم مطالعات صورت گرفته در حوزه رهبری پروژه‏ های عمرانی، دو رویکرد نو در مطالعات این حوزه شناسایی و معرفی شد. این رویکردها که شامل مقوله "رهبری افقی و متوازن" و "رهبری اثربخش" می‏شوند در این مقاله تحلیل و بررسی شده‏ اند. مطالعات انجام شده در این مقاله می‏تواند به آن دسته از پژوهشگرانی که در کنار پژوهش ‏های کمی، به پژوهش‏های کیفی در حوزه مدیریت منابع انسانی در پروژه‏ های عمرانی علاقه‏ مند هستند، ایده‏ نویی در جهت پژوهش در بستر مدیریت و رهبری پروژه‏های عمرانی در اختیار قرار دهد.
