مطالعه مروری بر ارزیابی روش‌های پرکاربرد خودترمیمی بتن جهت استفاده در زیرساخت‌‌های راه

چکیده
بتن ماده­ای حساس به ترک بوده و در حین ساخت و طول عمر خود ترک­ها و خرابی­های متعددی را تجربه می­کند. ترمیم ترک­ها و خرابی­ها در طول عمر سازه­های بتنی بخصوص در مورد روسازی­های بتنی، علاوه بر دشواری همواره هزینه­های هنگفتی را با خود به همراه داشته و یکی از ایرادهای بنیادین روسازی­های بتنی به شمار می­رود. استفاده از بتن­های خودترمیم شونده در زیرساخت­های راه بتنی ازلحاظ اقتصادی و عملکردی، می­تواند راهکاری ایده­آل در پوشش این ضعف بتن باشد. بتن­های خودترمیم شونده در سال­های اخیر معرفی شده و بر روی آن­ها تحقیقاتی صورت گرفته است اما دشواری در اجرا روش­های خودترمیمی در راه‌های بتنی باعث شده تا استفاده رایج از بتن­های خودترمیم شونده در مقیاس گسترده در صنعت راهسازی به تاخیر بی­افتد. در این مقاله، تعدادی از روش پرکاربرد در ایجاد خودترمیمی در بتن­های متداول از جمله خودترمیمی خودکار، خودترمیمی ذاتی، خودترمیمی به کمک کپسولاسیون عامل ترمیم کننده و برخی افزودنی­ها که قابلیت خودترمیمی در بتن ایجاد می­کنند، بررسی و مقایسه گردیده تا مشخص شود که کدام روش عملکرد ایده­آل­تری در ترمیم ترک­های بتن داشته و قابلیت صنعتی­تر شدن بیشتری دارد تا بتوان از آن در ایجاد خودترمیمی در زیرساخت‌های راه­های بتنی بهره برد. در نتیجه این مطالعه و مقایسه سطح بلوغ فناوری روش­های ارائه شده در خودترمیمی بتن، مشخص گردید که کپسوله کردن عوامل ترمیم کننده در محفظه­هایی مانند سنگدانه­های متخلخل یا الیاف­های طبیعی می­تواند راهکاری ایده­آل در ایجاد خودترمیمی در زیرساخت‌های راه­های بتنی باشد.
