تعیین مقدار مدول برجهندگی رس متورم شونده تثبیت شده با ضایعات بتن بازیافتی به کمک آزمایش سه محوری سیکلیک

چکیده
در مناطق شهری و در کشورهای توسعه یافته، به دلیل نبود فضای کافی برای ساخت جاده ها، راهها ممکن است بر روی خاک های رسی متورم شونده به عنوان خاک مسئله دار ساخته شوند. دانه های بتن بازیافتی (RCA) می توانند به عنوان مصالح جایگزین در پروژه های راهسازی مورد استفاده قرار گیرند. در این تحقیق، از ضایعات RCA به عنوان افزودنی برای تثبیت خاک رسی متورم شونده استفاده شده است تا رفتار خاک تثبیت شده به کمک این افزودنی در جهت بهبود رفتار فیزیکی و مقاومتی مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرار گیرد. یک سری آزمایشات آزمایشگاهی شامل دانه بندی، چگالی دانه ها، حدود اتربرگ، تراکم استاندارد و آزمایش سه محوری سیکلیک انجام گرفت. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که افزودن ضایعات RCA به خاک رسی متورم شونده باعث کاهش مقادیر حد روانی (LL) و شاخص خمیری (PI) می گردد و از طرفی باعث کاهش مقدار رطوبت بهینه و افزایش مقدار وزن مخصوص خشک ماکزیمم می گردد. همچنین یک سری آزمایشات سه محوری سیکلیک مطابق استاندارد AASHTO T307 به منظور تعیین مقدار مدول برجهندگی (Mr) ترکیبات مختلف در زمان های عمل آوری 7 و 28 روزه انجام گرفت. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که وجود مصالح RCA در خاک رسی باعث افزایش مقاومت و اصطکاک بسیج شده می گردد و همین مسئله موجب افزایش مقدار مدول برجهندگی می گردد. همچنین به دلیل واکنش های پوزولانی، مقادیر Mr بدست آمده به ازای تمامی ترکیبات در زمان عمل آوری 28 روزه بیشتر از زمان عمل آوری 7 روزه می باشد.
