تعیین میزان بهینه خرده آسفالت و میکروسیلیس در ساخت روسازی بتن غلتکی

چکیده

یکی از مسائل و مشکلاتی که امروزه در صنعت ساخت و ساز جهان مشاهده می‌گردد، حجم عظیم نخاله‌های ساختمانی به ویژه آسفالت‌های حاصل از بازسازی روسازی راه‌ها می‌باشد. خرده‌های آسفالت‌، از جمله مواد زائدی هستند که اثرات نامطلوب گسترده آن بر محیط زیست، به اثبات رسیده است. پژوهش‌های انجام شده در خصوص این مصالح، راهکارهای گوناگونی برای استفاده مجدد از آن‌ها در صنعت، ارائه نموده‌اند. یکی از کاربردهای عملی این مصالح، استفاده از آن در ساخت بتن است. از طرفی مصالح مذکور، حاصل از عملیات بازسازی روسازی جاده‌ها بوده و از این‌رو مطلوب است که با هدف کاهش هزینه‌های حمل، مجدداً در ساخت مخلوط‌های متداول روسازی راه‌، استفاده گردد. تحقیق حاضر که به روش آزمایشگاهی-توصیفی انجام شده است به ارزیابی عملکرد روسازی بتن غلتکی ساخته شده از خرده آسفالت به همراه میکروسیلیس در ساخت روسازی بتن غلتکی می‌پردازد. نتایج آزمایش‌های عملکردی نشان داد که حالت بهینه مخلوط، در مقدار خرده آسفالت حدود چهل و پنج درصد و میکروسیلیس حدود شش و نیم درصد، حاصل می‌شود. بدین ترتیب می‌توان ضمن کاهش آلودگی‌های زیست محیطی و هزینه‌های اجرایی پروژه‌ها، از خرده آسفالت به همراه افزودنی میکروسیلیس در ساخت روسازی مسیرهای با ترافیک پایین و راه‌های روستایی استفاده نمود.
