ارزیابی تجربی خاکستر پوسته برنج و خاکستر بادی به عنوان فیلرهای جایگزین در مخلوط آسفالت گرم

چکیده

توجه روزافزون به حفاظت از محیط زیست توجه جامعه را بر استفاده مجدد احتمالی از ضایعات مختلف کشاورزی و صنعتی در راهسازی متمرکز کرده است. این مطالعه تحقیقاتی اثر استفاده از ضایعات مانند خاکستر پوسته برنج (RHA۱) و خاکستر بادی FA) را به عنوان جایگزین آهک هیدراته معمولی (۳HL) به عنوان فیلر در مخلوط آسفالت گرم (HMA۴) نشان می‌دهد. در ابتدا، نمونه‌های مخلوط قیری دانه بندی پیوسته (DBM۵) در آزمایشگاه با نسبت‌های متفاوت از 2% تا 8% HL، RHA و FA با روش طرح اختلاط مارشال ساخته شدند و نتایج با مخلوط کنترل تهیه شده با استفاده از 2٪ HL مقایسه شد. عملکرد مخلوط­های مذکور از طریق نسبت مارشال، مقاومت کششی غیرمستقیم و نسبت مقاومت کششی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج بررسی عملکرد بهتر HMA را با افزودن RHA و FA نشان می‌دهد و همچنین نشان داد که مقرون به صرفه است، زیرا درصد قیر بهینه به میزان 7.5 درصد نسبت به مخلوط کنترل کاهش می‌یابد که در نسبت فیلر 4 درصد می­باشد. علاوه بر این، RHA میل بیشتری به قیر نشان می­دهد که بیشترین اثر سفت کننده قطرات ماستیک قیر را نسبت به سایر فیلرهای استفاده شده با سازگاری خوب در سطح میکرو با برآورده کردن معیار ضروری نسبت می­دهد.
