مروری بر مخلوط میکروسرفیسینگ و بررسی امکان استفاده از مواد بازیافتی در آن

چکیده

عملکرد موفقیت آمیز میکروسرفیسینگ در پروژه های ترمیم و نگهداری روسازی باعث ترغیب روز افزون به آن شده است. این آسفالت حفاظتی به دلیل اختلاط سرد و مصرف کم مصالح نسبت به سایر مخلوط­های آسفالتی دارای مزایای زیست محیطی بسیار بیشتر و در عین حال هزینه­ی کمتر است. هم‌چنین به خاطر دوام بالا از عمر مفید مناسبی نیز برخوردار می باشد. این لایه ی حفاظتی گرچه به علت ضخامت بسیار کم دارای قابلیت باربری نمی باشد، اما برای روسازی هایی که از نظر سازه ای و یا تحمل بار ترافیکی مشکلی ندارند؛ می تواند به عنوان جایگزین مناسبِ روکش آسفالت، مورد استفاده قرار بگیرد. در این مقاله پس از مروری کوتاه بر مخلوط میکروسرفیسینگ و ارائه ی خصوصیات فنی و کاربردی آن، به بررسی امکان استفاده از مواد بازیافتی خرده آسفالت و خرده لاستیک در این مخلوط، براساس مطالعات انجام گرفته تاکنون پرداخته می شود. با بررسی این مطالعات نتیجه می شود که استفاده از این مواد بازیافتی می تواند باعث بهبود در ویژگی­های فنی به ویژه کندروانی مخلوط گردد و توسعه ی عملکرد میکروسرفیسینگ را نیز به دنبال داشته باشد. هم‌چنین در سال­های اخیر گرایش به سمت استفاده از مخلوط های جدید میکروسرفیسینگ حاوی مواد بازیافتی وجود دارد که البته نیاز به تحقیقات بیشتری برای بررسی ویژگی­های آزمایشگاهی آن­ها مطابق با آیین نامه­های مربوط می باشد.
